• To provide and maintain your renter, landlord, agency or admin account.
• To process payments and maintain accurate tenancy records.
• To send account-related communications, such as password reset codes.

3. Data Sharing

Your data is only shared within the scope of your role relationship — e.g. a landlord can see data for their own properties and tenants, an agency can see data for landlords and properties under their agency. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Access to each portal is restricted by authenticated, role-based sessions.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
