Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Property Management App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Renter, landlord, agency and administrator accounts each have access limited to their respective role.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for lawful property management purposes.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.

4. Payments

Rent and related payments made through the App are processed subject to the payment provider's own terms. The App is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these terms or for misuse of the platform.

6. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
