Renters sign in to manage their Tenancy and payments, Landlords sign in to manage their Property Portfolio, and Agencies sign in to oversee Landlords and Properties under their Agency. House Hunters looking for a place to rent use their own Portal too. Pick the right tab on the sign in page, or start at Rentals Corner if you're a Landlord listing a unit or a house hunter searching for one.
Rentals Corner is the starting point for the rental marketplace — independent Landlords and house hunters who have no existing Agency relationship. From there you can create a Landlord Account to list units, or a House Hunter Account to search for and contact Landlords about available rentals.
No. Independent Landlords can sign up on their own from the Landlord portal — no Agency needed. You'll get a simplified dashboard for your Properties, units and inquiries from interested house hunters. Publicly listing a unit on the marketplace carries a small M-Pesa listing fee that renews every 30 days.
Yes. When adding or editing a unit, upload pictures under "Unit Pictures" — one per room works well. We recommend at least 4 so house hunters get a real feel for the space, but it's not required to list publicly, and you can add more or remove any later from Edit Unit. House hunters can flip through them on Find a Rental and in each listing's map popup.
Create a free Account from the House Hunter portal — signing in is required to browse. Once you're in, Find a Rental shows live listings with photos on a map you can filter by country, county, city, location, rent range and bedrooms. A small M-Pesa access fee separately unlocks contacting Landlords directly for 14 days.
If your Property, client or Agency code was already set up by your Agency, go to the sign in page, select your portal tab and click "First Time Setup". You'll need that code and your registered telephone number to create your username and Password. Independent Landlords and house hunters signing up on their own should use "Sign Up" instead — see the questions above.
Click "Forgot Password?" under your portal's login form. We'll send a reset code to your registered email that you can use to set a new Password.
Once signed in to your renter dashboard, go to the Payments section to view your balance and make a payment.
